Mama Gina’s Coleslaw


INGREDIENTS

1 head finely diced green cabbage

1 head finely diced purple cabbage

1 large cup grated carrot

1 large granny smith apple sliced

1/2 small onion minced

3 tbsp sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 tsp coriander

4 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tablespoons white vinegar

1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice


DIRECTIONS:

[1] Combine cabbage through onion in a large bowl.

[2] Combine sugar through lemon juice in a small bowl.

[3] Add mayo mixture to veg mixture and mix until evenly combined.

[4] Enjoy with joy, family + friends.
